Blinker fluid? Is that eyeball grease?
You probably mean "brake fluid", right?
Most newer cars have a sensor that makes the red "BRAKE" light come on the dash if the fluid drops too low in the brake fluid reservoir on the master cylinder.
If the fluid is low then there has to be a leak in the system sometwhere. Free brake inspection should find it.
Good Luck!

Your blinkers stop working, then you have to have get a blinker flush and change the batterys in your blinkers (very costly) I would recomend changeing your blinker fluid every 5,000 blinks
Also, dont forget to check your radio fluid

After you fill the blinker fluid bottle, take a look at the go round rod and make sure it has moved in the last couple of days, and the flu flu valve.
