The only thing that people seem to know about it is A) It's intense B) it's hard to get into. But I have some other questions for current or past students...

Should I update my headshot or just take a picture and include that with my admission packet?

Beyond the resume and essay, is there an audition that's part of the admission process?

Can one attend at night or do I need to give up my day job to be a part of the process?

With tuition being what it is, does it REALLY look good on an acting resume?

The Strassberg Institute is a swindle. They teach an approach to acting based on errors and that is outdated. You can save yourself a lot of grief if you go to The Acting Without Agony Academy instead. Most propfessional schools offer weekend or evening classes, With tuition being what it is, no one acting school is worth it just for a resume entry. They all are about equal. Casting directors are first concerned with whether you look the part, then can you play the part, then do you have any experience, then do you have any professional training. They rarely get past # 3.
