Well dont know if this girl likes me every time she sees me she looks at me but i dont pay atttenchin and laughs or smiles or something my coussin tolds me

Everybody posts in the wrong section once in a while.
Yep, she likes you. People look at other people not because they're ugly but because they find them attractive, unless you're the elephant man.
Laughing it off and ignoring her will soon lead to rejection. Smile back, be polite. Don't be rude or do anything that gets a laugh at her expense or she'll immediately feel rejected and move on to someone else.
Network. Ask a friend of yours if he knows a friend of hers and if that friend thinks she likes you. That's how it works in school.
The hardest part is the first "hello."

Assuming you are YOUNG, and again; not meaning any disrespect; in some way, DIY is the proper category, beyond the relationship listing. THIS is an issue YOU have to deal with yourself.
LIKE is as subjective a word as LOVE; although one can LIKE another without feeling deep emotional stirring.
I'm OLD, but haven't been in a cave all my life. I've experienced Up/ down/ around. Pings; pangs; aches and smiles....WHY NOT........... go directly to the source???
The worst that can happen, even in your assumed shyness, and possible embarrassment; is that you'll GET TO KNOW the TRUTH, and express your feelings. Certainly you might hear something like "YIKES NO WAY!!!!" But at that point at least you don't have to "WONDER" any longer.
Again, and with no offense meant, I'm going to assume you'll "CATCH UP" in maturation; at some point, and GET IT.
Then there are YOUR possible issues.
"Geeze, I'm as UGLY as a TOAD; how could I ever approach HER"???
OR... "I'm so into myself, maybe she might avoid my advances cuz she doesn't feel that way, even in a general sense?"
Finally, and again, with all due respect... In this anaolgy...Think of LIFE this way. "ONE can never WIN a LOTTERY, if they DON'T purchase a "TICKET"
