God Yes! It put a blister on the roof of my mouth......that's how it was. It hurt so freakin bad. I ate the raw habanero pepper on a dare. I'll never do it again. lol

My friend gave me a fresh one while we visited his garden to water his plants. I figured "No problem". Man! My mouth was on fire! I even placed the un-eaten portion in a paper towel, the paper towel turned brown like it was about to catch fire!
