The Fish Cheer by Country Joe And The Fish!!! "Come on all you big strong men, Uncle Sam needs your help again, got himself in one hell of a jam way down yonder in Vietnam, now put down your books and pick up a gun we're gong to have a whole lot of fun! And it's one , two, three what are we fightin' for, don't ask me I don't give a damn, next stop is Vietnam, And it's four , five ,six come up to the Pearlie Gates, ain't no time to wonder why whoopee we're all going to die"!!! Well that's the beginning of my favorite war protest song. There were some good ones in the 60'sand 70's though!!!

Not that I'm for war, but war protest songs are really ineffective and they kinda give me the chills, but in a bad way... or chanting something like "The Whole World is Watching!" when it's like "What!? Nobody watches C-SPAN, let alone the whole world!!" I dunno... sorry for the short rant there. To answer your question, I like kinda the song "Christmas in February" by Lou Reed... and "Heroes" by David Bowie -- if that can be considered a "War" protest song.
