no, not in this country. but when i used to live in south korea, yes.
and i think teacher here should also be allowed to, mildly. bc kids here have no respect and are not disciplined in any way.
the problem in this country is though...... that too many teacher will take advantage of it. bc most teachers (at least ones ive had) doesnt truly care about their students.
