You are a cute girl, but let me make a suggestion, get rid of the red strak and add some subtle blonde highlights. Your hair color is sort of that dirty-blonde, which soft subtle highlights make appear so much prettier. If you like the red, do some blonde and red highlights, but don't do it yourself, have a professional do it!
