I found currency and don't know what country it is from a horseman on one side and buildings and green cross.

It shows 5000, The horseman has a shield with a cross of some sort on one side, The other side a cross in a green box and what looks like several buildings. It reads
H, & a BACKWARDS LOOKING R, H, b. ThIC (backwards looking R,Y,,, Py, a: 5 or small b,AE and a 5 or Y

That lettering sounds cyrillic - possibly Russian then.
