I don't like text messaging, I'd rather send an email or make a phone call!!

B.C it's faster, and it's fun because if you're talking about something good you get really exited and wait by the phone. instead of waiting 5 days until the person logs back on to even get the email. Also you could be anywhere and be text messaging..

I bet that is true.
I don't do "text" cause my cell phone is too slow for that. I only started using IM on my PC a very short while ago (May 2007) and now I'm hooked. I am a big email fan from years and years ago, but this IM thingy is really neat.

I think its just kind of fun trying to figure out how to reduce your words to the least possible letters without losing the meaning totally...I will write something and then go over it again pulling out all of the vowels...I dont know why I get a kick out of it...or trying to convey a message in like 5 words or less...:) Its like a game.

Idk my bff jill. I have no idea why. Both are almost the same accept usually text messaging is faster because you get a reply right away. When you are emailing it's also faster but takes awhile to get a reply. I usually text more than email. Or else I use IM.

Because most people always have their cell phone with them, so they can get the message right away while with e-mail, the person will only get the message if they're on the computer, so text-messaging is more instant.

becaus you can text message anywhere and it makes a ding noise when you recieve a message.
