Hi I'm turning 13 soon and I really want a cool party because after this I won't be allowed anymore =( Please post all your ideas because every single one will be appreciated greatly =P My fave colours are Pink and Black so i was thinking of doing something with a theme of those 2 colour ?! I'm on a budget of around 50 to 100 pounds soo please H3LP !!

Congratulations. You are officially going to be a teenager.
Find things with 13 in them for the decorations or the number 1 and the number 3. Invite 12 guests; with you that is 13. Have 13 different items to make up sandwiches with a number by each item. And for desert have cupcakes that are not frosted. Each of your 13 guests takes and decorates one independent for a contest and prize. Then eat cupcakes is stacked to make a cake and 13 candles are placed on them. Blow them out and hand out the cupcakes to a person who did not make it. And then you will open 13 gifts, the 13th from someone in your family.

my 13th i had a slumber pizza party. when you get a lot of girls around that age together it automatically equals fun. my mom was nice enough to let us go toilet paper a few houses that night : o ) i thought she was so mean at that age but now being a mom i'd never allow my kids the same huh
