does anyone know where I can find a care door opener button for my car. I just bought a car and want to make another spare key for my mom. i want to but one in a store like walmart or auto zone.do you know another store that sells them and for how much for just one or two.(no more than 50 dollars)

Those things don't cost $50. They cost closer to $250 and you have to get them at the dealership.

Your avatar isn't blond, so I assume you understand that all you need to open the door and drive the car is a key. The remote control button thing is a convenience, not a mandatory device to drive the car.

She won't be able to set the alarm, but she'll be able to drive it.

You will probably have to go directly through a dealership for the kind of car that you have because the "keys" are programmed to the frequency of a radio transmitter in the car for them to work. I'm not sure of the price but I think they will program another "key" for you for about $30.

You can buy spare remotes online but usually have to have a dealer reprogram it. You could try getting a used one at a local salvage yard perhaps too.
