If it is the woman's first time, she can bleed because her Hymen will probably get torn. Some women lose their hymen, due to physical exercise, or tampons...
Or if, the woman has rough sex...she might have broken some capillaries...
usually, there shouldn't be any blood...

The honest answer to this is sometimes, but only when something is amiss.
The vagina is a cylindrical muscle leading to the uterus, that stretches during sex and child birth.
*As a woman has her first sexual encounter, she may bleed as her hymen is broken.
*If sex was particularly rough (at any age) and she was not 'turned on' and therefore not particularly lubricated, then the delicate lining of the vagina could become sore and even bleed a little.
*As a woman gets older, her hormone levels alter and she is often drier, even when excited and again this can create friction and soreness/bleeding.
*Also, if something is anatomically amiss, then yes, she may well bleed.
*There is also a condition known as Vaginismus, where the vagina goes into spasms causing tightening and pain and yes, feasibly bleeding if sex continued.
*Infection may be so extreme as to cause bleeding.
On all other occasions, a woman's vagina should not bleed, unless she is injured. Any bleeding seen coming from the vagina is likely to be the menstrual bleed from the uterus and is completely normal.
Hope this helps

A womans vagina always bleeds after and during sex, any woman who doesnt bleed after sex has unergone Sexual Reassignment Therapy (Sex change).
When the erect penis penatrates the vagina, the Urethra starts to discharge bloody mucas as a form of lubrication, when a man has unergone a sex change he cannot produce the bloody mucas as his vagina is not natural.
It is completly normal if you bleed out of the vagina during sex and i stronly advise you not to see a doctor ever.

Some bleed and some dont. It depends on how lubricated you are down there. If you are comfortable and lubricated than you probably wont bleed. If you're uncomfortable than you probably will bleed.
