Seriously, nothing. Vitamins are vitamins. There may be a few herbs that help women more than men in there, but one day is not even going to make a difference.

What do you mean you don't know what to do? It's a vitamin. It supports bone strength, heart and breast health and many other things. It's good for you! Nothing to worry about. :D

My brother in law had a horrible headache one day. My sister told him all they had was Pamprin. No way was he taking that. But she made him. He told her later he never had anything work so fast on a headache. And his bloating and cramps went away. lol
