-portraits, landscapes, abstracts, animations, still life, or magna/anime? -I'm doing art in "Rate my drawing" on line & when I choose to draw a picture, it requests to check a box/cadegory of the kind of art I'm doing. (there's no fantasy box to check)

You're going to have to think literally. A demon would be a portrait. A skull would be a still life. If they're drawn in a manga style, put both under manga-anime.

I'd say you're screwed. Don't you just love how you have to put a label on what you do. To be honest what you do doesn't fit into any of the above catagories you mention. Things like what you are saying are often considered "low brow" and are generally frowned upon in the fine art community.

If they have an "other" box check that. If not, you have to get as close as you can and hope for the best.

I'd suggest that you get ahold of the site administrator and ask why they do not have an option that fits what you do. They may be willing to rethink and add catagories if you're cool about it.

I know what you're going through I've spent most of my time doing horror art and I have been in the same boat you are in. From the options you gave animations or anime are you closest bet.

Good luck!
