go to the station's offices and get one!!!!
Another is when they are on location somewhere, get one from the dj there.....
If not a phone call to the station, or an email to the station can tell you how to score the goodies

I got a sticker when they came to my town to do an on-site broadcast. That and like gearbox said you can go to the station office... but i would check the web page they may just mail it to you for free.
