If battery is good! check for loose connections at starter, starter or starter solenoid bad.

first check battery cables if they are badly corroded the electricity wont get to the car from the battery.
check for a good ground also, no ground no circuit :)
check starter then after fire has been checked and confirmed to be going to the engine.
if starter ok the alternator could be bad the voltage regulator is built into the alternator this part is likely bad then :)
whether the starter has a solenoid on it or not, some are on the car frame others are on the starter, the starter may be fine and the solenoid be bad, which can usually be relplaced with out buying a complete starter also :)

Assuming you mean it cranks but will not start this would most likely be a fuel pump problem. You can test the fuel pressure under the hood.

If it doesn't crank or barely cranks then it's the starter.

Good Luck!
