Thanks but how do i add it to my directory?

It is a proboards site but i have seen a favicon used on a proboards site before.

There are many sites that generate free favicons. Here is just one of them, other may be better so do a google search. Once you have download the favicon to your PC upload it to the root directory of your website.

You generate your "favicon.ico" using any program that make icons (hundreds available).
You name your "icon" -> "favicon.ico".
You upload it to your website
In your "index" page, you add in the head the following entry



The HREF here says that the favicon is in the sub-directory "pics".
If your favicon is in the root: HREF="favicon.ico".
That's it...

Since you have a website, I assume you have done some uploading or used FTP. Just upload it like you would any other file into the root directory of your website.
