I fancied my cousin and why not he's a great caring guy, I can't say that there is anything wrong with looking, it's no different to having a crush on a teacher.
Depending on where you live it might be illegal to go out with your cousin or get married to them but to just fancy them, no I see no harm in it.

depeneds, cousin throught marriage? if so then, its ok b/c there are no real blood ties, but if its not like that, then i think it is a bit disturbing
