...based on your experience. Personally, I am not racist, but I have come across a few too many black females with a chip on their shoulder, leading them to:
1. not treat everyone equally--be biased
2. have preformed/preconceived notions about members of other races
3. talk too fast, but never precisely
4. use too much psycholgical crap and mind games.

Do I hit a sensitive spot on some people? Well, that's just my experience. Anyone else feel this way? Like I said, I have black female friends, and they are NOT this way. They help and support me as I support and help them.

***This black female leader has shown bias and preference for certain members and give beneficial kudos to some, not others. This is not the way a good leader ought to behave. She has been careful with white members, but either has ignored or condescended to other races (not white or black)

Good leaders and bad leaders can be found within every race and both genders. Just because you met a few who are bad leaders doesn't mean every black female is this way or make poor leaders. The things you listed are generalizations and stereotypes a lot of people do that who aren't black females. Leadership role just depends on the person and it is subjective, what you make thing of as a bad leader someone opinion could differ.

It really goes from person to person, if you had a bad experience with one or two black females, does not mean they are all like that. It also depends on how you present your self to them.
Needless to say, I had several black female leaders and I have seen some things that you had mentioned, but it was nothing I have not seen in white female leaders.

Some black females would make good leaders, while other black females would make bad leaders.

It is also true that some black males would make good leaders, while other black males would make bad leaders.

It is also true that some [white, asian, native american, hispanic, etc...] females or males would make good leaders, while other [white, asian, native american, hispanic, etc...] females or males would make bad leaders.

And finally, I have come across too many [black, white, asian, native american, hispanic, etc...] females or males with a chip on their shoulder, leading them to:

1. not treat everyone equally--be biased
2. have preformed/preconceived notions about members of other races
3. talk too fast, but never precisely
4. use too much psycholgical crap and mind games.

In other words, you have narrowed down your observations to black females; in reality, everything that you claim to observe in black females is actually an accurate description of both males and females of virtually any race.

Finally, I have personally come across many [black, white, asian, native american, hispanic, etc...] females or males who are trying to break through stereotypes and open their minds, and who therefore try to:

1. treat everyone as equals
2. break through preformed/preconceived notions about members of other races and genders
3. communicate clearly and actively listen to others
4. understand the people they live and work with.

... as we all should.

I don't see where the color of a person has anything to do with leadership; gender either.

I would say that just like any artificial classification, it depends on the individual.

My experience has been that black leaders tend to isolate themselves from compassion. They've held themselves to strict adherence to the rules, and are unshakeable when it comes to others.

It is always the same, "I have friends who are black."
