The general advice for as far along as you were is to wait about 3 months and then go ahead. I'm sorry for your loss. It's a tough choice when you wanted a child.

Don't know anything about Protonal. You'd have to ask your doctor.

Sanjana...it's a good thing I opened up to you question and read the details. I was about to chew you out! It's Sunday morning and I'm Catholic and go to church.

You really need to confer with your Gynecologist as to what caused the complications forcing you to have to abort your two month old fetus. I'm not sure what the drug Protonal is, and why you are taking it. Your doctor would provide you with the most accurate and safest advice in this situation. In some cases, and abortion can tear the lining of your uterus, and make it difficult to carry a baby to term. Please have a physical exam and plan accordingly. In the meantime enjoy the time with your husband, since you've only been married 4 years. Having a baby is a big responsibility. Good luck.

You need to check with your doctor and make sure that the drugs are completely out of your system. After my 3rd miscarriage I had a D&C and got pregnant with my son within a month, but I was not taking any drugs.

This is a serious medical question, that requires an answer from an acredited doctor only. Don't rely on people here telling you how soon you should get pregnant.

ok, well ask your doctor when it's appropriate to start TTC again. he/she will know when it's best, not a bunch of ppl on Yahoo Answers.
