Have you ever thought of trying hypnosis? or taking up a musical instrument? playing piano can be quite meditative if you're concentrating on learning the song.

If you feel the urgent need of clearing your head of unconscious problems, you may have problems of which you do not really know about. Then you might sincerely and calmly try to make conscious such unspecified problems of yours, what they are about, why you have them, and how they might be solved in one way or in more different ways.
Meditation may help you to identify or objectivize your problems when you use meditation in the way of reflection, of calmly thinking about what unknown problems you have and about how you might wipe them off.
Then meditation would be a way to real knowledge about solving your own problems, Originally meditation was something about considering, measuring, judging, and is even related to the words medicine, zen, and remedy.
A simple strategy for you to try to clear your head might be to take a walk out somewhere in the fresh air, alone or with a friend, and so think and talk about the unclear problems that anyway bother you, and so try to contrive solutions and also see if those solutions are practicable. You can start right now or soon. You do not have to take a meditation course to do this type of meditation. But remember: Meditation is thinking, measuring, contriving a remedy of the therapeutic or medical type, considering how to solve one's bothering problems.

I don't know what you mean by meditating does not work for you. I don't know what you mean by meditating. Meditation is basically a procedure for developing mental discipline. Confronting subconscious problems may require someone else guidance. First you have to identify and define what the problem is, then you have to decide what you are going to do about it, and finally, develop a plan for solving it. Many times I find people give up on meditation because they fear what is going to come up. That is when you may need some assistance. Also, people fail to meditate consistently and at the right times (early morning and before supper) which can disturb their experience and make it more difficult. These may be things you can examine or consider.

I took a type on meditation because of the fact i'm getting realy under pressure thinking approximately each and every thing. It takes some practice, so dont anticipate to do it completely the 1st time. First you take a seat bypass legged (or lay down, or take a seat in a chair, and so on.) and close your suggestions. You meditate to the count form of four. Take 4 deep breaths, inhaling for 4 counts, conserving it for 2, then respiration out for 4 counts. try this 4 time. you need to experience slightly gentle headed or strange for a 2d or 2, if no longer, then take 2 extra deep breaths. take a seat for 4 seconds when you are trying this, merely take a seat there, then push alllll the suggestions out of your head. I try this by ability of taking one among my concerns, then mentally squishing it and kicking it out of my head this could take a on an analogous time as yet you need to do it. while it quite is executed, take 2 extra deep breaths, and image your self on your maximum renowned place. attempt to be specifis with smells, suggestions you wound think of, issues you're able to say to the individuals around you. this could take your suggestions off all the undesirable issues. I image myself at my grandparents homestead on an analogous time as she is baking something. I think of the scent of what shes baking, and issues i say to my relatives thats sitting around the table taking part in cards. issues like that. i'm hoping this helps and which you will get the hang of it.

I think that half the battle is identifying the nature of the problems in the first place--which, I believe, boil down to a fear of one thing or another. If we are finding ourselves to be excessively Happy, we are experiencing fear of being found out. If Sad, fear of being left out. If Indifferent (Proud), fear of being shut out. If Anger, fear of being kicked out.
Not knowing anything more, all I could offer is the secondary contribution that unconscious problems could stem from not taking or determining to take active responsibility for something. I can testify to experiencing peace once this was confronted by me.

Sing about your problems. It makes things seem smoother and swifter. Make songs about what you think is wrong, and sing your heart out. Every one i know who has done it said it works. Try it.
