The Purple is really cute and will make you stand out because the Brunette hair clashes with the Purple in a good way.The teal would look cute on you but go for the Purple 1!

get the teal the purple is too dark and doesnt show very well

Purple would go better with your darker skin, it would also bring out your eyes. Purple is a better color to bring out brown eyes.
