Use something like Simon Says or Follow the Leader and do a stretch or exercise for each part of the body head to toe. For example, neck stretch circles to the front, arm stretches across the front of the chest, side bends, touch your toes, quad stretches, etc. Or sing Head and Shoulder, Knees and Toes, Knees and Toes. Even the Hokie Pokie will loosen you up.
