My favourite girls name out of those would be Evie, closely followed by Alexa or Erin.
My favourite boys name out of those would be Thomas - I don't really like any of the others, sorry.

Abigail is really lovely. I know a couple of Abigails, though one is an Abbie, which I also think is very pretty. I think Kody with a K is a bit 'faddy', it will date more quickly than the others. That also possibly applies to Tegan and Alexa. The others are all very nice indeed - Izzie is rather cute too, would that be short for something or just as a name in itself? We call my friend Isobel Izzie.
The boys names - I think Thomas is the nicest, possibly because it has that 'classic' ring to it, whereas I think some of the others will date quickly, like Cody, Leighton, Riley and Regan. Rhys is good and so is Aaron but a bit over-popular these days, I think.
But they are all nice names.

I'd say:
Girl: Abigail
Boy: Thomas
I think its best to give full versions of names, not shortened forms or nicknames (like Izzie) because that baby will one day grow up and possibly a businessman/woman or a Politician or High Court Judge and "Izzie" is cute on a baby but doesn't suit a 50 year old High Court Judge!!!
Likewise, I'd call her Gabrielle or Gabriela and use Gabby as a nickname.
Although I'm Welsh I hate the name Rhys, its really overused and I also think it sounds really unattractive, don't know why. I prefer Ioan and Aled as Welsh boys names.

GIRLS-
Alexa- Alexa is ok, like Alexis or Alex better.
Erin- Erin is more for a boy than a girl.
Tegan- Sounds made up verizon of Megan.
Abigail- My favorite! Love this name, and love the nickname Abbey that goes with it. Abigal Eve would really cute!
Kody- This is name for a boy.
Evie- Sounds like the name from desperate housewives. Why not just Eve?
Gabby- Like this for a nick name for Gabriella.
Izzie- Prefer this as a nickname for Elizabeth.

For girls:
Gabby and Alexa, definately. Assuming Gabby is short for Gabriella, that is. So cute! I don't like Izzie for a little girl though- reminds me of a cat.
For boys:
I like Thomas the best from your list- a good, strong name- not unusual or too old.
Off of your list, my favorite girls name is Elizabeth (my daughter) and Micah for a boy.

Tegan and Regan hahahaha!! I don't think so. I don't understand what is up with all the new, supposedly cool but traggically sad new baby names. Poor kids should shoot their parents for that! No, I have my own special names that no one can steal:
