My husband is 5 yrs. older than me and he still acts like he's 21. I swear, if I ever leave him, I'll definitely be looking for someone who is 10 yrs+ than I am.

Im not married to him, but the man Im with is 59 and Im 46. Thats a difference of 15 years. We have a 2 year old child together. I will tell you this. I will not now or at any other time marry this man. He is a liar and a cheater. I put up with him because he is gone all the time working and I won't keep him from being a father to my daughter. I found out too late about the lying and cheating. But I keep it civil and sometimes cordial because of my child. I maintain a home for me and my daughter and he makes damn sure he gets the bills paid. And he is definately not allowed anywhere near me or my bed. Hes just a nasty old man.

First all we marry men older because they are more settled down. I'm married to a man who is 1yr older then me and I think he has arrived to the age of plain suspended in time. There set by the time they turn 35 and don't budge on anything.

I'm 24 and my husband is 34 and I love it, hes enough of a handful and I could not even imagine trying to be married to a 24 year old man. I'm lucky if my husband acts like a 5 year old. Forget trying it with a younger man..

My wonderful soul-mate is 5 years older than me. Just the right age, he takes care of me (even to the point of spoiling me) , he is not afraid to help around the house or go shopping with me. He is just the very best thing that ever happened to me and as the country song goes I thank the Keeper of the Stars. He knew what He was doing when He joined our 2 hearts.

Well, my man is not too much older than me, but he is almost 3 years older. Honestly, I don't believe I'd want to be with anyone any older than he is.
But you see it happen all the time and it works great for some! Each to their own!

In my case, I love it. Older men typically are more attentive and love their younger wives. They know what they want and don't have all the insecurities younger men have.
I think even though there is an age difference, we have so much in common. We feed off each others experiences in life and respect the fact that we love one another, and don't take it for granted.

I'm 10 years younger than my Hubby. We have been very happily married for 5 years and I love him very very much. We have such a lot in common and are on the same wave-length. Age does not matter.
