Yes and no. With the success of Buffy Season 8 being published by Dark Horse Comics they are going to do an Angel Season 6 which I think is supposed to pick up right at the season finale of 5 which was Gunn, Angel, Spike and Illyria getting right to fight a horde of demons. I am not sure exactly when it is going to start being published but I am pretty sure it has been confirmed. I posted a link where Joss Whedon talks about it

There won't be another series of Angel, however there is a new vampire series coming this fall called Moonlight. It's supposed to be about a vampire who is a private investigator. He doesn't feed on "innocents", however, the bad guys better watch out...they seem to be on the menu. I love vampire series (I date back to the Dark Shadows days) so I'm definitely going to give it a try. I have to admit I miss the Buffy the Vampire Slayer/Angel series. I liked all of the characters (even Spike). Hope this new one lives up to my standards!!!

'Angel: After the Fall' is the official continuation of the series in comics. Unlike the Buffy comic, this isn't going to be an ongoing thing. For now it looks like there will be a dozen or so issues.
Probably worth a read if you're a big fan of Angel but not of comics. Joss Whedon, co-creator of TV's Angel, is overseeing the project, so this is the official 'what happens next' for its characters. And if you do like comics - great!

dbr71 and TommyD are correct! Angel season 6 will be continuing the series but in comic book form. I heard it was going to happen this fall but i'm not positive on that one...

There were five seasons of Angel
http://www.tv.com/angel/show/12/episode_listings.html?season=0&tag=season_dropdown;dropdown;5
So, if you've seen all of those episodes, culminating in "Not Fade Away", then no, there are no more seasons.

And David Boreanaz has been very adamant about how he will not go back to the character (and he is now on Bones, anyway). There was talk about a Spike movie, but I think it has fallen through.
