If I wanted to use my computer to watch TV, what programs would you recommend I download?

Watching TV on a computer requires hardware. There are TV boards that you can purchase.

I know two program "UUsee" and "PPstream", however, I am not sure if they have it in English version since its make in China, they have tons of channels to watch and also lives.
