lately I have had blood in my um,,, number two? help why is this happening.. it has been really really painful as well....

You need to see your doctor. Sometimes it is nothing more than a little bleeding from internal hemorrhoids.

it could be anything from ibs to something more serious, you should really speak to a doctor or if you're in england try the nhs helpline, you won't really know unless you get a stool sample done, better to be safe than sorry, it could be something treatable with antibiotics so best to find out early so it doesnt cause further problems.

Blood and pain....symptoms that you need some sort of medical treatment. Get to a doctor as soon as possible.

you need to see a G.I specialist- I was diagnosed with I.B. last year (same blood problem), but you know what. Dont listen to me. In fact go to the E.R IF ITS PAIN ASSOCIATED!! PLEASE LADY - I LOST MY DEAR FRIEND FROM THAT. IN 2004 SHE DIED OF SOME KIND OF STOMACH VIRUS (IN THE WATER IN SE WISCONSIN.... SHE HAD BLOODY STOOL AND PEPOLE EVEN THE DOC Said an ulcer . but they were wrong...
PLEASE GO TO THE E.R. NOW !!!
