Just like there is boy toys can there be girl toys when a guy has a younger girfriend than him??? or is it just for the boys to be called boy toy when their girlfriend is older than them...???

Age has nothing to do with the toy part. Girl-toy or boy-toy is all about the toy being a sex object that doesn't incur any emotional investment.
