Period came back...?

Question

Okay this is the first time this has ever happened and I'm freaking out. I am 15 and I have had my period for about 2 years now.
It comes every two weeks, and this time, it just ended this past Monday, and now it is Sunday and I just started bleeding again.
Not really heavy, but it's not spotting either.
I am freaking out because now I have two reasons to freak out. I get it twice a week, and now it's coming back.

P.S.-And the last time I had it, it was kinda light the first 2 days. Then it got heavy again.

Please let your mom know too but this should be evaluated by your doctor to see what they think is going on.
