Which other muslims are really hungry and waiting for sun set?

Well, we fast so that we can feel how the less fortunate feel in poverty stricken countries so that we can be more empathetic towards them.
Believe me, it works.

Hi.
The cab driver that bought me back from tescos today was telling me all about ramadam and i take my hat off to you guys. He gave me a real eye opener into your religion.
I couldn't do it. He was so hungry though.

Fasting is a fard in Ramadan & sunnah in Moharram. The noble prophet too used to fast on a monday & thursday, usually thursdays. Sorry I am not fasting today. We muslims are more into worldly desires now a days than we are on Islam. Thank you for your reminder May Allah bless you with the best in this life & the hereafter. A star to your q.

its nice that you stick to your religon,personally i would feel so ill like my throat had been cut or something,anyway make yourself a huge feast for sunset and enjoy
