That would be really nice because then it would be nice and quieter here. I'm getting soooo tired of those posts. But if they did that then people would start wanting sections for teams like Cubs and Cardinals to discuss, or other big rivalries. (sp?)

Hey wondertwin...I resemble that remark!!!! I don't think there should be separate cages for sox/yanks fans, throw them in all together HA, HA, HEE. Not sure were all of you hail from, but in little Rhody it's really dog eat dog(excuse the expression) I used to work with people who were split down the middle some Yankee fans, some Sox fans. Phew fightin' season during stretch time!!! OK, I've been a Sox fan forever and my only regret is that my dad didn't live long enough to see either the "Red Flops"(as he called them) or "Patsies" win anything. Well bring out the sports medicine today for those two oldies, Clemens(booooo) and Schilling). They're both good teams. I'd rather a good close game than a blowout like yesterday ...so are you crying Yankee fans??

If it wasn't for Boston and New York fans having a little fun questioning and having a little fun poking fun at each other, their would be little to no action in here.
I say no. Keep it the way it is. It's not an exclusive club by any means. I mean, heck, if there's a Pirate fan out there that wants to talk poop, then write in!!!!

extra constructive yet, purely immediately delete the ruddy issues until now they even make it to our monitors. yet to be honest, there'll be some people who easily choose suggestion. this is purely a shame maximum everybody is so weary of those questions. possibly the final answer is to take an prolonged smash from Y!A? Couldya try this?

Dodgers-Giants > Yankees-Red Sox
Only difference is that people don't jump on the Dodgers or Giants bandwagons

Only if Yahoo can add a special "Bronx" option to the spellchecker, approving "dis", "dat", "dose", "dese", "sux", "youse", "da", and other local dialecticisms.
So posts like "ah, da red Sux are gonnas get dere clock cleened by da YANKS dis time and again tomorra nite!!" would fly right through.

no.If you look at it the way i do.
This is under sports, under baseball, and there are so few yankee vs. red sox games that if they created a whole new section it would just look stupid.
