Toe tapping & wing flipping can be common in Eclectus parrots for many reasons but the most common reason for it is incorrect diets. If they're fed mostly a pellet diet or diet that is unnatural this causes toe tapping & wing flipping. Toe tapping is exactly what it says. The eclectus toes involuntary tap their toes continually. They cannot stop this movement & it causes lack of sleep & a great deal of stress. Wing flipping is the same. Not to get it mixed up with an eclectus flicking his wings to adjust them. They do this & wing flipping is the same but it's continual for the bird.
