There is no "social contract".

A contract is an agreement entered into voluntarily with full knowledge by both sides. Anything less is not a contract.

The draft is a violation of the Constitutional prohibition against involuntary servitude. I realize the USSC has said otherwise, but they were wrong, just like they were wrong in deciding Dred Scot v. Sandford as a case of Property Law.

A woman's right to choose is limited by the impact of that choice on another person. Obviously a woman can't choose an abortion for another woman. The question is when the fetus becomes a person. That's a question for state legislatures. Someday maybe the USSC will figure that out.

There is no right to an abortion in the Constitution. It was made up by activist judges.

Not sure what the rest of your question means. What social contract? I know of no such one.

The government has a right to draft able-bodied people because someone has to defend this country. You live here, you have to defend it if needed.
