Never heard of him. JOHN Edwards has a shot, assuming that Barak Obama, Hillary Clinton, and whoever the Republicans choose all get caught in the act of committing murder, cannabalism, satanic worship, or molesting children. Even then, Edwards' chances are dicey.

Other than that, there's no one named Edwards with a snowball's chance right now.

I doubt it, since no one has ever heard of him.

Is he actually running for president?

If so, what party?

Given that the press won't even cover more than a couple of candidates from the two big parties, the chances this guy will get enough press for people to form any idea of who he is and what he plans to do are really, really tiny.

I'm not familar with Patrick Edwards. I would say his chances of being president are less than those of aliens landing on the White House lawn.
