Since you own a Splendor now , The correct weight that would suite you would be Unicorn . Pulsar is pretty heavy

Both bikes are eaually good with a price difference of just rs 2000...so no big deal. now lets comes to the features, almost the same, m tlking abt unicorn and pulsar 150 dts-i, though pulsar beats unicorn inaccelaration whereas unicorn beats pulsar in mileage...another striking feature of pulsar is its lcd display which gives it a sporty feel. well if u r a style concious then go for a pulsar for sure but if u are high on budget think and fuel economy then surely go for unicorn.
But, the unicorn has been regularly reported for giving problems like less service, bent wheels, fuel economy, etc.
So rather than this you should at least go for pulsar 180 if not 200, because 180 has many interesting features and is just around Rs. 2000 more than pulsar 150.
I would also like to suggest to take a test ride of the TVS Apache RTR.Apache is currently the best in 150-160cc segment.

Honda Unicorn is really old bike, technology & look wise.... It's not at all comparable with today's Pulsar.
Go for Bajaj Pulsar...... more trendy looks, digital speedo, refined engine, comfortable ride are big plus.......... It's next gen bike boss.....

ask 10 people and you would get 10 diffferent
answere. It's left up to you to do the reserch.don't go by what a dealer tells you.
It takes a lot reserch work and checking Spec.s I
use Cycle World on some, and other mag.You want beauty as well as speed.and riding comfort.
and easy to maintain, with out turning it up side down to replace oil filters or chanege a plug
I wish you a lot of luck

better go 4 a pulsar as it is the most technically advanced bike of india. unicorn is not safe and it faces problems of disc brake... also it has no proper seating position. the monoshock tech is not meant for indian roads as it is concerned with the sports bike where weight matters.... better go for pulsar.... its durable, stylish, and good throttle response.... also light on pocket.... and good fuel economy...
happy biking......
