Parallel linbes will have the same slope. The only two with the same slope are:

y=-6x+4
y=-6x+8

parallel lines are:
y = -6x+4
y=-6x+8
As you may see, -6x, is the slope of the line having the same for both equation. This term will conclude that the equations are parallel. The 2nd term, 4 & 8, is the offset along y-axis of the equation.

All the eqns are in standard form so the slope is the number multiplying x. Two of them have the same slope, namely -6.
