y = 4x + 1 is the equation of a straight line.
To draw a line, two points are required.
Possible points are(0 , 1) and (3 , 13)
Draw a line thro` these points.

sorry we cant graph on yahoo answer , you can type on your calculator to get the answer or i can tell some thing about this graph.
slope is 4 and y -intercept is 1 so the graph is straight line and go through y = 1
or you can make a table x and y

x = 1so y = 4(1)+ 1 = 5
............... so on

then make grid plot (1,5), etc... then connect all these points together you should get a line.
