If it's a personal decision, both of those factors are usually taken into account.
If it's a work decision, it's based entirely upon the operating policies of the company I am working for at the time, and has nothing to do with my beliefs or the person invoved.

not really, but all to often i make decisions based on my heart or what i am feeling.
sometimes when i need to use my head, my heart and my hurts just dont step back long enough for me to!
