Good Eats. Alton Brown gets on my nerves and the Essence of Emeril. That show is so boring and it looks like its from the 70's.

Rachel Ray can be a bit annoying, but her recipies are good :-). My mom likes Alton Brown and Tyler Florence's shows. Oh, and I love the Ace of Cakes- they are unbelievable!!! :-)
