Attaching Papers To Wall?

Can I attach papers to my walls with rubber cement? Will it harm the walls?

It depends on what the walls are covered with. I would try a very small test in an out-of-the-way part of the wall you want to use the glue on. Glue a tiny piece of paper, let it set a few days, and see if you can remove it without a trace.
