I took a look at the minimum hardware specs for the FEAR game and it said that the minimum graphics card needed is Nvidea GForce 4 Ti. My graphics card is GForce 6200.
Can it handle the requirement?

It will work at the low end settings. I emailed their website asking if FEAR ran on 64bit Vista and they replied "it may or may not work" !!! I see it is on the Vista list now.

Yes, your GeForce 6200 is equivalent of GeForce 6, 2 generations ahead of GeForce 4. Though your 6200 is the low end model, whereas the GeForce 4Ti is the highend of its generation. It should match up just okay.
