England and Ireland haven't been developing their young players and are now left with a lot of players who are over the hill and can't compete with the fitter Southern Hemisphere teams.
The game in Scotland is out on it's feet. They only have two proffessional teams and neither of them can compete at the higher levels so they're never going to get the players to make it at international level.
France are a good team but the attitute of their players is such that if they start playing badly, they can't recover.
Wales can play good rugby and do play good rugby for 20 minutes or so but as they've been losing a lot lately, they haven't got the confidence to play that way for a full 80 minutes.
Italy are a fairly new team at the top level so they haven't got the self belief to compete at big tournaments yet.
Georgia aren't a bad little team for someone whose players all play in the French second division.
Romania went down hill after communism as they don't have the money to put into the sport any more.
Portugal haven't got the player base to challenge anyone other than the other small nations.

The European countries are playing extremely bad for their own standards bar Wales who showed promise against Australia....but as the lesser nations arent taking the whipping everyone thought they would they are saying "F**k you, im not bending over and simply taking a hiding" they are playing like there is no tmorrow and loving every second. Georgia were very unlucky not to beat Ireland but the way Ireland are playing at the mo we dont deserve to make it out of the group and it looks as tho we wont make it out unless we can improve not just one step up but a whole flight of stairs up otherwise France will have a field day since they are playing for their careers

The whole lot should go to hell.... although, here and there...
England has not produce anything good for the last 3 or 4 years. Wales is not doing so badly for itself. France has the worst trainer they possibly can and finally, Ireland has won all of its game so far and wil undoubtedly increase its standards.

FYI: The captain of the Serbian National squad used to be my coach when I was 14. That's my claim to fame!

Ce n'est pas encore fini hein?

On va marquer un point par minute contre Namibie, Ireland sont faible et on devra gagner contre Georgie.

They don't take as many steroids. I think the WC will be won through work done in laboratories, not on the training ground
