I don't think I'm misunderstood...
What i do think is that people don't know me well enough to make a great judgment of me.

Sometimes! I have found that the most times happen when I am trying to communicate with the Yahoo Staff, they tend to think that I am just another American who doesn't know what I am talking about regarding the issue that I am bringing to their immediate attention regarding something that one of their employees is doing to me or to my Yahoo account, and they don't listen, until its too late and legal action has been taken to correct this problem on their part, then, they pay strict attention.
Its a real shame it takes this course of action to get their attention in maters such as this, but if thats what it takes, then by god I will do it cause its the right thing to do.
I am usually very easy to get along with, but when something keeps happening that violates my freedom of movement or freedom of speech, or my civil rights, then I will first try to communicate with those that are responsible for correcting this wrong and if that doesn't work, then legal action will be taken that will get their immediate attention, and along with legal action comes media exposure as well as this is a very useful tool to bring into the fight, public attention to the matter helps a great deal, especially if the fight takes me and my lawyers to a jury trial in a civil proceding, then the jury eats it up and the award from the jury is really high, stuns the hell out of the other party, then they will listen.
I dislike doing this, but will when my back is against the wall, and I have exhausted all the other legal channels to get this wrong corrected. You can bet your sweet *** I will file civil complaints, when all else fails.
Thanks,

Depends on the topic. Many people does not like my "matter-of-fact" approach because I don't sugar coat corrective criticism and I approach problems head on.

Yes, my personality is very complex so a lot of people don't understand me. It's very frustrating when people don't understand me.
