OK, seriously, go with what you know. Sell something that you really enjoy, or that you are really good at. Use the 3 websites to sell the same thing to different audiences. IE:
Sell Heavy Metal T-Shirts to music lovers on a music oriented site.
Use another site to sell them to High school students
Set up another site for parents or grandparents to get something actually cool for their kids & grandkids.
You get the idea. If what you love is underwater basket weaving, then do that. The more sites you have selling the same product, the better chance that you will get a hit on Google or Yahoo when people are looking for it.

I would do what I am doing already!
Website 1 would help people save money on products they already buy every day, but get them at a discount and earn money at the same time by teaching others to do the same. Website 2 would focus on helping small businesses & large companies provide better quality products to their customers and Website 3 would be about making yourself happy and creating a home that you can be proud of.

I would go to the top 100 site that sell and see their produces. I want a product that I do not handle, I want to be an affiliate to that company. I want to make sure I can place their product on my site and refer customer order to them, not the customers, they are mine...How is that for a start?

Tee shirts with pictures of family and friends or calenders or slacks, or jeans or something that I think people would really enjoy that would not cost to much, maybe mugs,towels, stuff like that, where you can put a persons name on it or a picture ,just be creative.

Gourmet Candies. I have been making them in my house, but have not been able to spend the money on marketing them andI'm sure I would make money if the oppurtunity presented itself
