First get them all over the same fraction bar and work out minus powers, then combine and cancel.
((x^2)(y^3)) / ((x^5)(y)(z^-1)) (x/z)^3 = ((x^2)(y^3)(z)(x^3)) / ((x^5)(y)(z^3)) = y^2/z^2.
