i have only been on this site for a week i have asked twelve questions of which six have been deleted i have also recieved one email violation for a answer i gave they were genuine questions and answers nothing bad or unto ward is it always like this on here i dont know if it is worth staying on this site

Some people lead such sad lives that they have nothing better to do than report people for the fun of it. Don't give up because Yahoo Answers team have just brought in new rules for violitions and anyone reporting falsly is likely to be suspended, or worse, struck off. This should sort the wheat from the chaff so to speak. You can appeal against a violition by clicking the 'reply' button when it is emailed to you .

This happens to almost everyone from time to time, but sorry to hear you had so many deleted like that. Perhaps you could ask for an explanation.
Edit - Why are you giving so many best answers to the loner. Sorry but there is obviously more to this than you are telling us here. I agree with Zara.

I can only suggest that you read the community guide lines it may well be that the questions and answer contravene those without you realising it !

just today, in my activity section, it says i had an answer removed, but i had no e-mail notification & dont seem to notice any questions that i answered removed....strange!
i have had questions removed in the religion section which is a boiling hotbed of opinion regardless of faith (or lack thereof)

I have not seen your avatar before,but that sounds like somebody has a grudge against you for some reason.did you use bad language?were you in any way offensive?Have you read the guidelines and conditions of use and kept to them,if you felt agrieved,did you use the yahoo appeals facility?If you did ,yahoo should investigate the people who are doing this and take action for you.they are easily caught. just keep going there are many of us who are fair minded as well as the others.

well the longer your here the faster you'll get to understand that some people are not as nice as they seem...someone will violate you for no reason so don't let it worry you...someone out there is finger happy and just enjoy seeing people miserable...just like themselves, your not the only one who gets violations for normal questions, i got one for saying goodnight once...sad eh? rise above it..your the better person....also coz you have 2 accounts...get shut of one

Its very disheartening! Some people seem to get away with almost anything and others get violations for silly reasons

your answers may have been ok but it depends on how you word them some folk may take offence and report them
