you can watch some shows like lance burton (magic show) at the monte carlo. or the producers at paris. and you can always get valet in any casino. hope i helped

When I was in Las vegas I saw a few older people on scooters. I think that would work.

they suggeste alternete ways of getting around sin city
your father could rent one of those scooters that way
he can scoot right up to the craps (or whatever) table he wants
