I only regret for the things I haven't done, not the ones I've done. Surely I've done mistakes and there are more to come in the future.
But as I said there are no regrets, therefore there's no such feeling as wasting time & loneliness.

Now you've learned your lesson and at least you know what choice to make the next time. Just move forward with a more righteous way of living and when you feel lonely just remember there is plenty of love in the world coming your way...go out and visit...do something nice for family or a friend, it will make you feel like 100X better!

I have had that feeling lots of times.
There is nothing we can change about the past except maybe do the same thing over if we're given the chance and learn from our past mistakes.
