I go barefoot everywhere but I do so by choice. I've only been really drunk once, didn't like it the next morning, never did that again. Besides, generally after even a few drinks I get sleepy rather than silly/loud/etc, so that's a good reason not to drink much as well, I don't want to miss half the party!

Last week I went over to my neighbours for a few drinks. I walked home barefoot because that is how I arrived. But I was not drunk.

Yep, lost about five pairs of flip flops doing that.
Only once before I was 18 never saw those shoes or socks again either.
But I do not get 'that' drunk. I walk home in bare feet usually anyway because often I will go in bare feet to begin with.

yes,i was beaten by some gangisters who stole my shoes and forced to go back home barefoot
